Byron hadn't planned on playing football this year but one of his coaches from last year saw him and asked him why he wasn't playing, and said they needed him on the team. So we made quick work of getting him set up to play. He loves it and he's good at it. One of the players from AF was not happy with Byron as he kept right on him as they were playing, and after one of the plays, he turned around and punched Byron in the neck. None of the refs saw it so nothing happened. On the next play Byron wouldn't give him an inch, stayed right on him through the play, so the boy picked a fight. Later on during the game, after another play, Byron patted the same boy on the back and told him he was doing a good job. I was proud of him for that.
